Huh? How you going to do this after you are dead?Today I heard a advertisement on my.fm radio, which from National Transplant Resource Center of Malaysia, and they mentioned the website as well (http://www.agiftoflife.gov.my).
That was one of my plan to donor all my "spare parts" after my death to whoever need it urgently.
But once I downloaded the form, then I browse throughly, step by step. and found out 1 thing in step 3.
"Anda perlu memberititahu pihak keluarga mengenai keputasan anda untuk mendermakan organ dan tisu selepas kematian."
I don't know this phrase whether it is in formal way or not.. But it sounds funny to me.
Maybe myself only, but maybe not only me, will misunderstand that "You will have to inform your families regarding this issue after your death".
How I inform?
Maybe they need to rephrase it.
